I subscribe to the idea that scheduling everything makes me do everything I need to do. So for this section, I just review my monthly google calendar for the month and say who I hung out with and if we did anything special.
How was your health?
Did you have headaches this month? Was your balance off or were you on top of the world mentally and physically? When you have a doctors appointments or just reflect on your health, you will be grateful you kept such good track of how long you were sick or identify the things that made your life better.
How is your family?
Were there any engagements, births, accidents? Keep track here.
How is your home?
Did you replace the carpeting? Did you have to have work done? Who did it? Did they do a good job? A good place to keep track of home goals and how far along your are.
What professional accomplishments did you do this month?
A way to focus on the good about work and a place to document what you did for your next interview.
What exercises did you do this month?
Some months you went harder than others. Were you sick and couldn't do too much? Did you have a personal best in some category? Keep track here.
What was your most memorable event?
What was your greatest highlight or highlights of the month?
What music did you listen to?
I currently use Spotify and there are tools that allow you to review your most listened to tracks. Was there a song or podcast you couldn't stop listening to this month? I like third party tools to review my services, but pick whatever works best for you.
What did you watch and love?
I keep track of everything I watch using a google spreadsheet. If you don't watch a lot of movies or tv, feel free to adjust it to what YouTube, online articles or books you loved most this month.
What were your favorite meals?
Any standout meals you or a friend made? Any new restuarants impress you? A nice way to reflect and build your next weekly meal plan.
